The company is confident of closing the transaction this year and the proceeds will be used for debt repayment, capex for composite cylinders. Key triggers ahead include achieving Rs 5000 crore revenue by FY25 led by value added product segment and expect revenue of Rs 2200cr per annum from its newly launched CNG cascade business. ICICI Direct Research has a Buy rating, with TP of Rs 125.The stock rose more than 3% in the day's trade.
