Promoters of TVS Motors Sundaram Clayton is looking to pare stake in the company. Sources tell ET Now that promoters will look to pare around 2% stake in the company. The promoters of TVS Motors are expecting a return of around 600 crs in the process. This will be the second time when Sundaram Clayton will look to reduce its stake in the company. Earlier this year the promoters had sold of 5% stake in the comoanu bringing the stake to 52.26% . Sources say this will the last leg of selling stake as the promoters won't go below 50% in the company. Sources indicate that the excercise is with regards to the restructuring of the holding company TVS and this is the final leg of restructuring in TVS Motors. The book building process has already started in the same and the co can announce the same very soon.
