Steel Strips Wheels Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Outcome of Board Meeting held on August 29, 2024.Pursuant to Regulation 30 and any other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 ), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. Thursday, August 29, 2024, have inter alia approved the following: 1. Re-appointment of Sh. Dheeraj Garg (DIN: 00034926), who retires by rotation and being eligible, offered himself for re-appointment subject to the approval of members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM).2.
