The business process involves the purchase of the raw oil, then refining, packaging, and selling of the edible oil. The Company is also engaged in the business of trading of edible oil, mainly soyabean oil, cotton seed oil, and palm oil. The Company operates under the brand name Rich Soya. Its products include soyabean oil, cotton seed oil, palm oil, and sunflower oil. The Company also sells the by-products, such as soya lecithin, soya fatty acid, soya acid oil, and sopa. It is also involved in the field of energy conservation and has installed solar panels. The Company has a refining capacity of approximately 36,000 tons. It operates manufacturing and marketing of soyabean oil and their by-products in Jalgaon, Maharashtra.
