PAT grew 64% YoY at Rs.18Cr and margins improved from 16% to 18.3% YoY. On a sequential basis it was a flat growth, but the company is positive on growth building up as new facilities add up. The company has appointed ace investor Vijay Kedia as additional director. Kedia owns 6,99,650 shares or 0.65% of the paid-up equity share capital.
