Dear Sir/Madam,This is to inform that the Company had made an application under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 to the Registrar of Companies, Punjab and Chandigarh for seeking extension of time to conduct Annual General Meeting which was due to be held on or before September 30, 2023. The Registrar of Companies, Punjab and Chandigarh vide its Order dated August 25, 2023 has granted extension of 03(three) months to conduct Annual General Meeting. The Copy of approval granted by Registrar of Companies, Punjab and Chandigarh is attached. Accordingly the Company shall convene its Annual General Meeting within such extended timeline and the date of Annual General Meeting shall be intimated in due course, upon approval by the Board of Directors.
