On this edition of Startup Central, Avanne Dubash caught up with Swarup Bose, Founder and CEO, Celcius Logistics. The company  raised Rs 100 crore in a Series A funding round led by IvyCap Ventures. The company aims to use the funds to solve the fragmented nature of the cold supply chain and reduce wastage. He said they will be working to build a common technology for the cold chain industry. Celcius Logistics had previously raised Rs 35 crore from its existing investors – Mumbai Angels, Supply Chain Labs, Endurance Capital, VCats, Huddle, Eaglewings Ventures (EVAN), and others. The Celcius platform offers end-to-end cold chain solutions, including transport, warehousing, last mile and hyperlocal delivery for all stakeholders. The company grew 20 times in the past year and its clientele includes Zepto, Zomato, Maersk, Prabhat Dairy, Baskin Robbins, Vadilal, Domino’s, Keventers, and Godrej Agrovet.
