Grand Omaxe Society: Noida Authority Demolishes Multiple Encroachments, Removes Trees Planted by Tyagi’s Family Again

नोएडा प्राधिकरण ने नोएडा सेक्टर 93 बी के ग्रैंड ओमेक्स सोसाइटी में 100 से अधिक अवैध अतिक्रमणों की पहचान की है। आज अतिक्रमण हटा लिया जाएगा। श्रीकांत त्यागी की पत्नी अनु त्यागी द्वारा समाज के नियमों का उल्लंघन करने के लिए ताड़ के पेड़ लगाने पर जोर देने के बाद समाज के निवासियों ने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी।

त्यागी समुदाय अनु त्यागी के साथ खड़ा था और समाज के अन्य सदस्यों के अतिक्रमण को भी हटाने की मांग की थी। उसके बाद सोसायटी ने सदस्यों से उक्त अतिक्रमणों को स्वयं हटाने को कहा.

सर्वसम्मति के बाद, अधिकारियों ने एक सर्वेक्षण किया और लगभग 100 अवैध अतिक्रमणों की पहचान की।

The Noida authority has identified over 100 illegal encroachments at Noida Sector 93 B's Grand Omaxe society. The encroachments will be removed today. This was after the residents of the society lodged a police complaint after Shrikant Tyagi's wife Anu Tyagi insisted she would plant palm trees violating the society's rule.

The Tyagi community had stood by Anu Tyagi demanding encroachments of other members of society must also be removed. After that, the society asked members to remove the said encroachments on their own.

After consensus, the authorities conducted a survey and identified around 100 illegal encroachments.

Bulldozer Razes Illegal Encroachments In Shrikant Tyagi`s Grand Omaxe Society, Sparks Protests

In the wake of a 48-hour notice by the Noida Authority after more than a dozen pf palm trees were again transplanted outside politician Shrikant Tyagi’s ground-floor apartment despite police presence on Tuesday, the razing of encroachments was done.

Noida Authority had issued notice to more than 100 encroachers to remove the encroachments after conducting a survey. The notice stated to remove the trees planted outside one Shrikant Tyagi`s house and other encroachments, mostly temporary constructions outside ground-floor apartments.

The protesters, including six named persons, have been booked for violating CrPC Section 144 imposed in Gautam Buddh Nagar district, according to the FIR lodged on complaint of the local police station in-charge.
