Approval for the Appointment of Mr. Arun Todarwal (DIN: 00020916) as an Independent Director.Further, in compliance with the General Circular Nos. 14/2020 dated 8th April 2020, 17/2020 dated 13th April 2020, 22/2020 dated 15th June 2020, 33/2020 dated 28th September 2020, 39/2020 dated 31st December 2020, 10/2021 dated 23rd June 2021, 20/2021 dated 8th December 2021, 3/2022 dated 5th May 2022, 11/2022 dated December 28, 2022 and 09/2023 dated September 25, 2023, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, the Company has completed dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice today, i.e., on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 only through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company / Depositories and whose names are recorded in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on Friday, March 22, 2024 (Cut-off date).Please find enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice together with the Explanatory Statement and Calendar of Events for your record.
