(IB) No.86/BB/2024 against Kirloskar Electric Company Limited (the Company) to initiate Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with Rule 4 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudicating Authority) Rules, 2016 before the National Company Law Tribunal, Bengaluru has been dismissed vide order dated 20th May 2024. However the order copy has been received by the Company via email on 23rd May 2024 and the same is enclosed hereto. | Download
