Ineos Stryrolution’s promoter is looking to pare 24% stake at a discount of 25% compared to yesterday’s closing price. The promoter is looking to sell 42.2 lakh shares, and the floor price set is at Rs 800. The offer for sale opens today for non-retail investors, while for retail it will open on April 20. Promoter holding currently stands at 75%.
Nearly two years back, the promoter wanted to delist the company. It had offered a price of Rs 480 to buy back the shares from public shareholders. However, the discovery price came in at Rs 1,100 and the same was rejected by the promoter.
