Indian Hume Pipe Company Limited has informed the Exchange regarding 'In relation to the Development Agreement entered into with M/s Dosti Realty Limited for the Real estate project on the Company s Hadapsar land in Pune and in reference to our letters dated 15th March, 2023 and 28th April, 2023 pursuant to the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we intimate that 1.M/s Dosti Realty Limited has launched and opened sales bookings for Phase-1 of the project.2.M/s Dosti Realty Limited has registered Phase-2 of the real estate project with MahaRERA vide RERA Registration No.P52100051041 under Dosti Greenscapes - Phase 2. The development under Phase-2 of the project consists of 3 residential towers (having total 3 wings) and has a total RERA carpet area of 2,68,432.42 sq. ft. The Phase -2 completion date is 30-04-2028.3.As intimated earlier also - the total planned development under all phases of the project will consist of 12 towers with an approximate total RERA carpet area of 10,51,389 Sq ft. Kalpataru Limited, (the Developer) for Sharing revenue from development of the Company s freehold land admeasuring 59,784.29 sq. mtrs equivalent to 6,43,518.09 sq. ft. approximately, situated at Vadgaon in Pune city. This development will primarily be residential towers including amenities subject to the obtaining of applicable approvals and permissions to be obtained by the Developer.
