In continuance of our letter GRSE/BD-69/CA/44/24-25 dated 11 Dec 2024 and in terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Ministry of Defence, Government of India vide its letter No. 8(32)/2019-D(Coord/DDP) dated 10 Dec 2024 received on 11 Dec 2024 has nominated Dr. Garima Bhagat (DIN:10881164) as the Part-Time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) on the Board of Directors of the Company. The communication regarding obtaining her DIN number received on 23 Dec 2024. Accordingly, Dr. Garima Bhagat (DIN:10881164) has become Part Time Official Director (Government Nominee Director) of the Company w.e.f. 23 Dec 2024 till further orders of Ministry of Defence. Further, it is confirmed that Dr. Garima Bhagat (DIN:10881164) is not debarred from holding office of Director by virtue of order of SEBI or any other Statutory Authority.
